Wednesdays 6-8pm starting 8th February 2017 (£160 for 10 sessions)

Program

This course is designed for anyone who enjoys drawing. If you are a beginner, the course will lead you through the basic principles of drawing and allow you to discover different ways of working, by instruction and experimentation. If you’ve already had experience of drawing, the exercises will ask you to reconsider the basics and challenge you to try to work in different ways.

Each week the session will focus on a different drawing principle or idea for you to consider, giving you both direction and freedom to experiment. Throughout the course you will be encouraged to try using different materials and techniques to discover and develop your own style. You will explore and learn the basics of drawing such as line, form, tone and composition while being introduced to fun techniques.
